Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s aerial action thriller Fighter has already sold over one lakh tickets in advance bookings, grossing Rs 3.66 crore ahead of its January 25 release, reports Indian box office collection data-tracker Sacnilk.com.
A total of 1,13,110 tickets have already been sold for the opening day with the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Delhi leading in advance bookings across all formats.
Fighter marks the first collaboration between Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. It is also Siddharth Anand’s third movie featuring Deepika. after 2008’s Bachna Ae Haseeno and 2023’s r Pathaan.
Hrithik and Siddharth previously joined forces on projects like Bang Bang (2014) and War (2019).
Apart from the lead pair of Deepika and Hrithik, Fighter boasts a stellar supporting cast including Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi. The story revolves around the Air Dragons, a new elite unit commissioned by the Air Headquarters in response to militant activities in the Srinagar valley.
