If you’re dying to pig out but counting calories, Chili’s has just the solution for you. The new Fresh Mex Bowls menu not only satisfies your stomach but also soothes your soul.
The Rice Fresh Mex Bowl comes with two options — cilantro and chipotle. If you like your food spicy, go for the Chipotle Rice Fresh Mex Bowl that contains corn and black bean salsa on a bed of spicy chipotle rice with a choice of cottage cheese, chicken or shrimp. The cilantro option is almost farm fresh with generous quantities of cilantro aioli drizzled on top. The Santa Fe Salad is another option that is high on taste without the guilt. Made with south-west chicken or cottage cheese and drizzled with tangy Santa Fe sauce, a salad has seldom tasted better.
The Fresh Mex Enchiladas are deliciously cheesy served with black beans, spicy rice and chipotle sauce or green chile. There’s enough on the plate to share but chances are you wouldn’t want to. Wrap up your meal with the decadent Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake, a must for dessert lovers.
