Choreographer Geeta Kapur, a master in Zee TV’s Dance India Dance, had to pay a heavy price after her temper got the better of her. When this week’s eliminations were announced she fumed and stormed out of the dance floor pulling her contestants and her troupe out in tow.

So furious was Geeta that by the time she reached her makeup room, she slammed the door on the faces of the camera persons who are supposed to capture the ‘behind the scenes’ of the show.

It was only later, when her anger had simmered a bit,

did she realise that the pin of the door lock had broken under the impact of the door being slammed shut, locking her in. As anger turned to panic, Geeta had no option but to call for help. What ensued was total pandemonium at midnight.

The fire department had to be informed and a fire brigade came over to rescue Geeta and her gang stuck in the room. The room Geeta uses was earlier used by Himesh Reshammiya for Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and he was also known for his antics on the sets.
