Ant-Man and the Wasp star Evangeline Lilly says she felt “cornered” into doing a partially nude scene on TV series Lost. Lilly, who played the show’s female lead, Kate Austen, during its six-season run from 2004, made the revelations during an interview for The Lost Boys podcast. “In season three, I’d had a bad experience on set with being basically cornered into doing a scene partially naked, and I felt had no choice in the matter. And I was mortified and I was trembling when it finished. I was crying my eyes out, and I had to go and do a very formidable, very strong scene thereafter,” Lilly said. The 39-year-old said her discomfort continued into the following season of the show as she was tasked with undressing onscreen yet again. “In Season 4, another scene came up where Kate was undressing and I fought very hard to have that scene be under my control. And I failed to control it again. So I then said, ‘That’s it, no more. You can write whatever you want — I won’t do it. I will never take my clothes off on this show again.’ And I didn’t.” Lilly said she now says no to scripts where it involves nudity.

The filmmaker took to Twitter to thank Sonali’s fans and well-wishers for their support. “Thank you all for the love and support for Sonali... She is stable and is following her treatment without any complications. This is a long journey but we have begun positively,” Behl tweeted. Last month Bendre revealed that she has been diagnosed with a “high grade cancer” and is undergoing treatment in New York. “A niggling pain led to some tests, which led to this unexpected diagnosis. My family and close friends have rallied around me, providing the best support system that anyone can ask for. I am very blessed and thankful for each of them... We remain optimistic and I am determined to fight every step of the way,” she had said in a statement.
