End your August 15 meal with Trio Mousse, Saffron Mango Kiwi Cheesecake or a Tri Dessert sampler.

On the menu: An all-Indian spread to celebrate I-Day. Some of the traditional dishes that you can taste at the brunch are Palak Dahi ka Shorba, Kozhi-chammanthi Biryani, Barishali Maachh and Chicken Mappas.
