Wondering how Arjun Kapoor has been dancing so effortlessly in his red stilettos in the number High heels from his April 1 release Ki and Ka? Well, the 30-year-old hunk practised walking in heels for a week and rehearsed the steps — without taking off the stilettos — for seven  hours on the day the song, also featuring Kareena Kapoor, was being shot. What’s more, Arjun’s personal stylist ensured that the red stilettos — that he wears during the entire duration of the three-minute song — was specially customised for him and flown down from Los Angeles. “I can officially tell you that walking in heels is no easy task.. and dancing in them is lethal! I have new-found respect for women, but I also hope I have set a new fashion trend being the first man to do a song in stilettos,” was the word from Arjun. 
Said to be a fresh look at gender conventions, Ki and Ka is directed by Paa man R. Balki and also stars Amitabh Bachchan and wife Jaya in cameos.
