True to the theme of Jungle Book, the Strand Road club wore the colours of a jungle party on December 14. The entrance set the mood and the party played out in the giant, empty pool. “There are many games stalls, lots of rides and laser tag. There are also many food stalls. All the children here are having a lot of fun because there’s so much they can choose from,” smiled club president Ketan Shanghavi.

One look at the various rides and game stalls and our hearts went, ‘Dil toh bachcha hai ji!’ From bouncy castles to boating, toy trains to laser tag — Sunday sure was fun day! The Club Zania activity area was a hot spot with rock climbing and a printing workshop lined up. “I wrote my name on the handkerchief and when I use it, I can tell everybody that I made it,” said Pari Gupta, Class III, Loreto House.
Here comes Santa! Ho-Ho!

Santa Claus came calling a good 10 days in advance with a bag of sweet treats! “Who doesn’t love Santa?” smiled Akriti Shanghavi (first from right) as she took a break from managing her always-crowded game stall and posed with Santa. Among other stalls, the Balloon Saloon also scored with the kids for its super-cute fare.

Don’t you just love Manvika Venkatesh’s (right) smile? The little one had a blast with her school friend Yashita Goyal.

Cousins Shriraj (left) and Shagun Shah took a break from the bouncy castles to pose for the t2 camera!

“Christmas means presents and parties!” chorused Tanvi Chopra (right) and her cousins Anya and Nishi Sawansukha.
