Actress Mannara Chopra, pharmacist Navid Sole and actor Abhishek Kumar were nominated for eviction on Day 2 of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss 17 on Tuesday following a surprise nomination task that unearthed unexpected rivalries and showdown between the contestants.

The episode began with the announcement from Bigg Boss that each "makaan" (house) must nominate one occupant for eviction, setting the stage for a dramatic evening. The residents of Dil makaan wasted no time and nominated Mannara, leaving her feeling betrayed. The actress alleged that she had been stabbed in the back.

The drama further intensified as the Dimaag contestants nominated Navid and the Dum contestants nominated Abhishek, setting the stage for more allegations and counter allegations in the Bigg Boss house.

A fight broke out between YouTuber Arun Srikanth Mashettey and Abhishek later in the evening. The brawl began when Abhishek revealed private details of a conversation between Arun and content creator Sunny Arya, who had become close friends. Arun, embarrassed by this breach of trust, lashed out at Abhishek, leading to a heated verbal exchange.

Abhishek's aggressive behaviour didn't sit well with many of the housemates and even drew the ire of Bigg Boss, who issued the actor a final warning for his conduct.

After the nomination task, emotions ran high. Navid burst into tears, while Mannara felt betrayed by businessman Vicky Jain. Actress Ankita Lokhande, Vicky’s wife, tried to mediate and resolve the tension between Vicky and Mannara.

Even comedian Munawar Faruqui tried to provide comfort. A lighthearted exchange ensued between Mannara and Munawar, with the comedian hailing the actress as the "most real" in the Dil room. Mannara even requested Bigg Boss to move Vicky to another room as punishment for one night but her request was declined.
