Netflix has dropped the trailer of Andrew Dominik’s Blonde — an adaptation of Joyce Carol Oates’ novel of the same name based on the life and career of Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe.

The Gray Man actress Ana de Armas portrays Marilyn Monroe in this boldly imaginative film that explores the complicated life of the Hollywood icon. In Blonde, the audience will discover both known and unknown happenings in the silver-screen legend’s life.

The two-minute-8-second-long trailer explores the split between the late Hollywood legend’s public and private lives. It touches on everything, right from Monroe’s childhood to her rise to stardom and her many romantic entanglements while blurring the line between fact and fiction.

Apart from Ana de Armas, Blonde stars Adrien Brody, Bobby Cannavale, Xavier Samuel, and Julianne Nicholson. The film will premiere on Netflix on September 28.

The video focuses on the main theme of Liger, which is Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). The 33-year-old actor plays a street fighter who represents India in an international MMA tournament.

Deverakonda is seen inside the octagon where he’s fighting fearlessly against his opponents. The actor is also seen speaking to the media before the tournament as he vows to prove that Indians are not inferior to fighters from other countries.

Apart from the Telugu superstar, the pan-India film also stars Ananya Panday, Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Makarand Deshpande and former boxer Mike Tyson. Liger will hit the theaters on August 25.
