We all know Jonty Rhodes loves India and nine years ago, he named his daughter after the country, when she was born in Mumbai. Currently busy with his duties as fielding coach of the Lucknow SuperGiants, Jonty missed India’s 9th birthday but the post he shared more than makes up for it. Daddy Rhodes took to Instagram with beautiful pictures of him and his family with several pictures taken on his multiple visits to India. Recounting his memory of India’s birth in Mumbai, Jonty shared his excitement and his wife’s calmness through Mumbai traffic while travelling from Nariman Point to Santa Cruz enroute the hospital where India was born. The Rhodes family has taken into Indian traditions like it is their own and Jonty’s love for India is your cue to travel through the diversity of our country and discover the endless landscape of this beautiful nation.
