T2 liked: This Berry and Basil Caprioska is an ideal accompaniment with the appetisers. It gets its sweetness from a homemade syrup that has blueberries, blackberries and cranberries. Basil is muddled with a wooden pestle along with lemon and finally vodka is added. This refreshing drink is garnished with more cranberries and is the perfect cocktail for anyone looking for a hit of freshness.

This Sweet Corn in Thai Yellow Curry is a vegetarian’s delight. This sumptuous Thai curry is topped with crunchy fried onions, chillies and fresh coriander leaves and comes with pan-fried bao buns that you can use to scoop up the curry. It is packed with flavours of curry powder, light soy and garlic while turmeric lends its yellow colour to the curry. The combination of the soft bao bun and bite of corn in the coconut milk curry is an explosion of flavour in your mouth.
