Mumbai, March 28: Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced the launch of a world-class township, Parsvnath City, at Dewas Road, Ujjain, spreading over 100 acres.

The township will have over 1000 plots, ranging between 165 sq yards to 400 sq yards, including independent built-up villas. The township will be equipped with modern facilities and the latest amenities.

The cost of the project is approximately Rs 165 crore. The township will have areas demarcated for medical centre, school, club with swimming pool, community centre, landscaped gardens, shopping mall cum multiplex. Other amenities include underground cable network with broadband connectivity. The project would be ready for occupancy in the next two years.
