Calcutta, June 24 :     The Paris-based International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) will publish the rules that industry will be required to follow in e-commerce. The basic infrastructure system to facilitate this shift from paper-based trading?Bolero?is also likely to be ready by early next year. At an e-commerce presentation to local banks here, Graham Sylvester-Evans, director of Barclays Trade Services, said major banks in the US, Asia and Europe are backing the Internet-linked Bolero system. It is believed to be the most efficient system of electronic trade.
