Patna, Nov. 1: Siyaram Singh, the head warden of Shaheed Khudiram Bose Central Jail in Muzaffarpur, has been suspended in connection with the seizure of a mobile phone and a charger from the ward of former MLA and JD(U) leader Munna Shukla.

Inspector-general (prisons) Anand Kishore said on Thursday recommendation has been made for the dismissal of Special Armed Police jawan Sanjay Kumar Sinha in the same case.

“The action was taken following the recommendation of Muzaffarpur district magistrate S.K. Mall, who found the charges against them true,' Kishore said.
