Vasundhra Homes Private Limited has clarified that it has got the maps duly approved by authorities concerned for Sisodia Complex and Ambience Park.

The twin projects of the construction company are located on Boring Canal Road. The company’s clarification follows a report in The Telegraph published on April 12, which said Vasundhra Homes constructed the buildings without getting the maps sanctioned by the authorities concerned. The report was based on documents procured through an RTI query, whose reply is dated March 26, 2012.

The company has furnished documents, which say the maps for the afore- said projects were approved by an assistant engineer of the Patna Regional Development Authority (PRDA), which has now been merged with Patna Municipal Corporation.

In a letter sent to this newspaper, signed by general manager Arbind Kumar Singh, the company said it had all the legal documents and the buildings were constructed in accordance with the approved sanctioned map vide case no. PRN-6-262/02 dated January 22, 2004.

Sisodia Complex is a commercial building which houses offices of different firms. Ambience Park is a residential complex located just behind the commer- cial block.

Most of the offices of the commercial complex and many of the flats of Ambience Park have already been sold.
