Staff at hotel Maurya’s Spice Court flaunt biryani and kebab dishes that will be on offer during a 16-day Biryani and Kebab Food Festival beginning Saturday. “There will be a sumptuous spread of non-vegetarian and vegetarian biryanis and kebabs,” said food and beverage manager 
Nishit K Sinha (extreme left in the picture).  
He said there would be something for everyone apart from biryani recipes from different parts of India. “Our favouries include the Parsi prawn biryani,” said chef Brajesh (not in picture). “There is our signature Bhuna Pyaaz Malai Pulao, 
a must-try, Doodh Keema Biryani and Bohri Mutton Biryani. Kebab lovers can dig into Bhatti ke Paneer, Mutton Chandni Kebab, Hariyali Fish Tikka, Badami Murg and Tandoori Prawns. Residents will also love desserts like Gulkand Gulab Jamun, Akhrot ki Kheer and Gopal Bhog.”
The festival is from 7.30pm to 11pm every day till August 27. To reserve a table in advance, call 9204780254. Beside
