Patna, Sept. 15: The state human resource development (HRD) department has taken strong note of the fake letter issued by the chief minister’s secretariat directing it to affiliate all non-aided primary and secondary schools in Bihar.
The Telegraph has a copy of the letter. The missive dated May 16, 2011, reads: “As per earlier communication, it has been directed that all primary and secondary private schools would be affiliated with state government and the services of teachers and staff working in the college will be regularised same as services of government schools and they will be drawing salaries and perks in accordance with salaries and perks of state government school teachers and staff.”
HRD principal secretary Anjani Kumar Singh said: “It is a fake letter. The department had not received any such letter from the CM. Prima facie it appears some gangs are involved in the incident and those who have circulated the letter want to extract money from non-aided schools.”
