Photogenic Treat
Artist Anandi Prasad Badal (white-haired gentleman), the chief guest at the inauguration of a group photography exhibition on Tuesday, pauses in front of a picture. The art and culture department has organised the six-day event at the multipurpose hall of Bharatiya Nritya Kala Mandir. A delight for photography lovers, the exhibition has over 60 works of Shashi Ranjan Prakash, Ravi Kumar Gupta, Ankit Ranja, Madhuri Lehri, Vinita Sinha and Vishwajeet Kumar on display. The subjects range from wildlife and landscape to portraits, festivals and street photography. "The exhibition is a fusion of the traditional and modern view of the photographer.
