Workshop

The week-long summer handicraft workshop organised by Upendra Maharathi Shilp Anusandhan Sansthan came to an end on Wednesday.

Around 1,000 students took part in it. They learnt Madhubani painting, making jute jewellery, embroidery, Tikuli painting, weaving, sewing and sikki grass art. The camp showcased the students' creations.

Industries department principal secretary S Siddhartha, National Modern Art Museum-New Delhi chairman Shyam Sharma were the guests.
