Cancer software
Mahavir Cancer Sansthan installed Onco Collect - a software developed by Ramesh Nimmagadda Cancer Foundation in Chennai - on Friday.
The software helps analyse the outcomes of cancer treatment and how cancer patients react to certain drugs. The director of oncology at Apollo Cancer Hospital, Chennai, Ramesh Nimmagadda, demonstrated the software.
Sansthan director Vijay Kumar Gahlot said the software will help to gather important details in cancer treatment.
Farewell
Gyan Niketan organised a farewell for outgoing Class XII students on the campus on Friday.
The programme started with a havan to invoke the blessings of the almighty. "The memories of the celebrations will remain etched to my memories forever," said Kush Khandelwal, an outgoing student. A psychiatrist at Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Krishna Kumar Singh, urged students to abstain from drugs.
