Lakhisarai, Aug. 19 (PTI): One person was killed and 12 others suffered injuries today when a bus collided with a dumper on Sikandara-Lakhisarai road in Lakhisarai district, police said.

An unidentified person died on the spot, while the dozen injured have been admitted to hospital for treatment, the police added. Sources said the police were trying to identify the deceased.

According to the sources, the speeding dumper rammed into the bus after its driver lost control over the vehicle. The police rushed to the spot learning about the accident and sent the injured to the hospital.
