Patna railway ADG Alok Ranjan speaks at the launch of a campaign against drug abuse at Patna Junction on Thursday. The ADG, Patna railway SP Ashok Kumar Singh and a large number of railway police officers and members from East Central Railway Majdoor Congress attended the campaign launch.

ADG Alok Ranjan said: "The campaign started today will be carried out at other railway stations in Bihar to create awareness on drug abuse." The railway SP said the railways will create awareness about drug abuse on a priority basis.Mohammed Zafar Ahsan, the president of East Central Railway Majdoor Congress, said efforts should be made to create awareness among children, as it has been found that children at railway stations are the most affected.
