Patna, Aug. 4: The district administration today submitted an action plan in the high court to remove khatals (cowsheds) from the public places in all the four circles of the Patna Municipal Corporation. he state counsel informed the court that a drive to remove khatals from the city area will start from Tuesday in phases. Patna: The high court on Monday directed the general managers of BSNL and South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd and the Ara municipal commissioner to appear in person in a case related to removing encroachments from all the major roads of Ara town.
