A new firm will be roped in to construct the fourth block of the Assembly annexe building.
"We will start the bidding process for selecting a firm that will construct the building's fourth block," deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav, who is also the building construction minister, said on Tuesday.
More than six years have passed since the chief minister laid the foundation stone for the ambitious project.
The project was initially awarded to Hyderabad-based IVRCL Limited, which constructed three blocks. The building construction department has imposed penalties on IVRCL, which has been debarred by the state government, for missing the deadlines.
