Patna, Nov. 23: Eighteen passouts of Patna College were evicted from Minto Hostel today following a raid.

The Patna University administration conducted the raid following a tip-off about the passouts illegally staying in the hostel.

The passouts had created many problems for the college administration in the past few months.

They picked fights with the boarders of the adjacent Jackson Hostel and other students.

Sources said the varsity administration is planning to conduct similar raids on other hostels.
