Motihari, Feb. 6: Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel seized one quintal ganja and 4.5kg charas in separate raids in Siswa and Pantoka border outposts near Raxaul.

In the first incident in Siswa, at least 10 smugglers carrying small bundles of Nepali ganja were apprehended by the SSB when they were trying to enter India.

In another raid in Pantoka, SSB personnel recovered 4.5kg of charas in six packets hidden under the sari of a middle-aged woman.

The raid began on Saturday night and continued till early Sunday morning.
