Patna High Court hearing petitions against prohibition reserved its order on Friday and gave both sides time till May 25 to submit any further reply.

Hearing by the division bench of Acting Chief Justice Iqbal Ahmed Ansari and Justice Navaniti Prasad Singh concluded on Friday. The petitioners' counsel said the prohibition was in contradiction with the state's 2015 excise policy.

The principal additional advocate-general sought more time <>from the court rejected the plea and any to be presented had to be given in writing by Wednesday.
