Patna: It's not everyday that a World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar gives you gym-related tips - how to lift weights, selecting the right dumbbells and so on.

On Sunday afternoon, The Great Khali alias Dalip Singh Rana inaugurated City's Gym owned by Sujeet Kumar Choudhary in Lodhipur. It was not only his mammoth-sized personality but his humbleness that floored residents on his first visit to the state capital.

"Khali tried out many equipments at the gym. He tried weight lifting too but the best part was that he gave tips while using the different equipments. He also revealed a technique of using dumbbells to gain muscle. He also gave tips on diet," said Sujeet.

Rohit Kumar (21), who had taken membership of the new gym recently, couldn't take his eyes off Khali trying different equipments.

"I had a fanboy moment when Khali arrived at the gym. When I saw Khali, I was overwhelmed. I somehow managed to get near Khali when he was sharing tips on weightlifting. There was a huge rush inside and outside the gym," said Rohit, who was a little disappointed for not getting a picture clicked with the WWE star.

Shreya Singh (18), a student of Patna Women's College, was all smiles with her gang of friends. She had come with a group of six friends to meet Khali. "We took a picture with Khali. We are going to get the picture framed and I am going to post this picture on Facebook. I am sure many will get jealous once they see me with the Great Khali," chuckled Shreya.

Khali stressed on physical fitness and asked people not to eat junk food. "You won't get my kind of body if you eat junk food," said Khali, drawing laughter from the people.

When a reporter asked Khali which places he visited in the state capital on his first visit before coming to the gym, Khali expressed his unhelpfulness. I wanted to go around the city but seeing the crowd in the hotel where I checked in today, I didn't step out. I going straight to the hotel. However, the people have showered lots of love on me today and I shall come to Patna again," said Khali.

The gym had hired local bouncers as a part of security arrangements.
