Patna, Aug. 26: Vigilance Investigation Bureau today submitted chargesheets in the special vigilance court against 12 persons, including employees of the electricity board Ram Kripal Singh, M.K. Sinha, Arun Kumar Jha, Dhaneshwar Pandit, Nanheshwar Sinha, R. P. Pandey, Brajkishore and S.K. Prasad, in connection with irregularities in purchase of insulators.

The bureau had registered an FIR against them on July 28, 2004.

In another case, the bureau submitted a chargesheet against a former clerk, Baban Singh, in connection with a bribery case.
