Senior superintendent of police Manu Maharaj with criminals who used to operate a mini gun factory at Nimra village in Masauri on the outskirts of Patna. Cops said the arms manufactured in the factory were supplied to suspected Naxalites. Four persons — Mahesh Yadav, Sanjay Vishwakarma, Surya Nath Yadav and Arun Kumar — were arrested.
