| Children on Monday check clay birds and animals they made during a five-day workshop at Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan. The centre was a centre of activity, as 120 and odd children relived the five days of fun when they worked with clay and bamboo and learnt paper art among other skills. The event for children aged between nine and 16 years started on Thursday. The participants came from Saharsa, Gaya, Kaimur, Darbhanga, Jamui, Chhapra, Muzaffarpur and Dharhara. The Kilkari Bihar Bal Bhavan director, Jyoti Parihar, said: “It was a great feeling to see the children master the skills so quickly and make beautiful items out of them.” The children, happy to be given the opportunity to attend the workshop, danced to Maiya Yashoda for Parihar.
