Students dress as fruits in the activity room of Notre Dame Academy on Thursday.

The Parents-Teachers Association had organised a Fruits Day as part of its Health and Hygiene Week. The tiny tots of Montessori I came dressed as watermelon, mango, apple, guava and other fruits.

One mother had used Kashmiri art to give her child a perfect watermelon look. The headmistress of the Montessori section, Sister Namrata, and members of the Parents-Teachers Association graced the occasion. The little ones were treated to fruit chaat. Text by Smita Kumar, Telegraph picture
