Patna, Dec. 20: Farmers would be invited to give suggestions for the advancement of the second five-year agriculture roadmap, the government said today.

“The government would hold a farmers’ meet to seek their suggestions for preparing the roadmap,” development commissioner-cum- agriculture production commissioner Ashok Kumar Sinha said at a post-cabinet briefing.

The second roadmap will come into effect from 2012.
