Chief minister Nitish Kumar inaugurates a mobile eye-screening van in Patna on Sunday. The mobile van is an initiative of Raj Retina & Eye Care Centre, a hospital in the city. “The mobile van is equipped with a machine to diagnose diabetic retinopathy in patients. The tests will be conducted for free in the city,” said Raj Vardhan Azad, the hospital’s chairperson and brother of Darbhanga MP Kirti Azad.
