RBI regional director Manoj Kumar Verma inaugurated the event on the occasion of Holi. Noted poets of Bihar Chonch Gayawi, Abid Naqvi, Naushad Aurangabadi, Asar Faridi, Vijay Gunjan, Nasim Muzaffarpuri, Tahsin Rosy, Swayamprabha Jha, Aarti Kumari, RP Ghayal and Kumar Parimalendu Sinha regaled the audiences with their light poetries and songs. RBI's senior officials, including Swarup Singh, JP Tirkey, Samita Chandramani Kumar, RK Hansda, PP Mukherjee, Rahul Sinha, Prashant Dayal and Pravin Kumar attended the programme.
