ARA: Dhanbad police took criminal Nand Kishor Singh, a.k.a. Babloo Singh, away to the Jharkhand town on Tuesday evening after Ara sadar hospital doctors cleared him.

The Dhanbad team had arrived here on Monday with a production warrant for Singh, but he complained of chest pains at Ara jail. After being admitted in sadar hospital on Monday evening, a medical board was formed to examine Singh. The team found him healthy.

Bhojpur superintendent of police Awakash Kumar said the police Singh from Berath on August 2 when he was going to drop his children to a private school. Awakash said Dhanbad police were searching Singh for the murder of Ranjay Singh, a close associate of an MLA in Jharia last year.
