Children at a painting workshop organised by Kilkari in Patna. Kilkari, a unit of the state human resource development department, started the workshop at its main centre at Bal Bhavan on Tuesday. A final year student of College of Arts and Crafts, Patna, Sonal Suman (with the microphone) answered questions of the children. Anita Thakur, the programme officer of Kilkari, said: “On Tuesday, we started the eight-day painting workshop where children mostly belonging to the deprived sections of the society will get a chance to meet the experts and learn about the techniques and the style of painting.” Total 35 children, mostly from the underprivileged sections, attended the first day of the workshop.
