Patna: Former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi on Tuesday questioned the legality of the Assembly forming a special committee to monitor and implement the special package Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced before the Assembly elections and other central schemes.
On April 25, the Assembly had announced the formation of an 11-member committee headed by Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Chaudhary for the purpose.
Slipper bail
