Teacher award

Patna: Eight teachers from Bihar will receive the National Award from President Pranab Mukherjee on September 5.

The list of teachers includes one woman teacher. The award, given by ministry of human resource development department, honours teachers working in government schools for public recognition.

Patna: The high court directed its administration to file a counter affidavit in relation to the 2015 examination of additional district judge in the lower judiciary.

Patna: Issues were framed in a case filed in high court related to the poll petition of RJD leader Prabhunath Singh against BJP MP Janardan Singh Sigriwal.
