Patna, Nov. 28: District magistrate (DM) Pratima S. Verma today conducted a random inspection of the land acquisition office to find out the reason behind the delay in disposing of grievances.
The DM suspended Nazir Navin Rajak following departmental action against the officer who was the head of office.

Gopalganj: In another incident, a Class VII student, Ankit, was allegedly kidnapped and his family has lodged an FIR in this regard.
