Bombs found

Patna: Two live bombs were recovered from a deserted place in Saidpur on Sunday.

In another incident, 14 live bombs were recovered by the Government Railway Police from a Malda-Katihar train on Saturday night. Police said the bombs were found from the train toilet. The explosives were defused in both cases.

Rebel dead

Gaya : A Maoist, Surendra Yadav, was killed by his associates in Siri village on Sunday. Collection of levy was suspected to be the apple of discord.

Resignation

Patna: Jan Adhikar Party (Loktantrik) state unit president Ashok Kumar Verma resigned from his post on Sunday and dissolved all district and state units of the party.
