Assets details of 18 ministers, including that of chief minister Nitish Kumar, were uploaded on the government website on Tuesday.

The details were uploaded on the cabinet secretariat department’s website for the perusal of public to bring transparency in the system. According to the details available on the site, Nitish has Rs 17,909 in cash and movable assets of Rs 6.88 lakh. Nitish’s son Nishant has Rs 7,095 in cash and movable assets worth Rs 81.68 lakh.

Ministers, including water resources minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary and education minister P.K. Shahi, also submitted the details.
