| Rohtas superintendent of police Manu Maharaj (left) displays detonators, firearms, ammunition and cellphones seized from a storehouse in the Sasaram Mufassil area on Wednesday. The police found around 25,000 detonators and two illegal firearms from the storehouse. Acting on a tip-off about arrival of a huge consignment of detonators at Bardhiyabagh village, a police team, led by sub-divisional police officer Ashish Anand, raided the house of one Manoj Thapa, alias Nepali. The police found two countrymade pistols, 10 rounds of ammunition, a tractor and a stolen JCB machine. Six persons, identified as Manoj Thapa, Biren Choudhary, Ravi Kumar, Shyamlal Rajvanshi, Dabloo Singh and Santosh Kumar, were arrested.
