Patna, March 14: Speaker Uday Narain Choudhary today asked the privilege committee to probe into the alleged misbehaviour by some employees of a private airline with ailing JD(U) MLA Damodar Singh.
As soon as the JD(U) MLA, Manjeet Kumar Singh, read out the breach of privilege notice against some employees of GoAir under sections 242 and 243 of the Rules of Procedure, Chaudhary asked the privilege committee to probe the matter and submit a report.
Reading out the notice, Singh alleged that the party MLA was not only denied permission to board the flight despite having the relevant medical certificates, but was abused.
