New Delhi, Aug. 19: The Supreme Court has ordered the reinstatement of Kamal Kumar Dutta as the managing director of Ruby General Hospital.

Stalling an attempt by his brother Sajal to take over the hospital, the apex court set aside resolutions to remove Dutta from his post.
