Children dance to the Doraemon theme song with their favourite feline at Doraemon and Friends Weekend presented by Telekids and City Centre Salt Lake on Saturday. Not only is the super cute robotic cat back in town for the weekend, he has brought with him an array of activities for his little fans. From meet-and-greet opportunities and photo-ops with Doraemon to a tattoo corner, from a bowling alley to a bouncy castle, the Kund area of City Centre Salt Lake is abuzz with fun. And if all the activity makes the kids hungry, they can gorge on Dora cakes while their parents feast on Japanese food at Wasabee. “Doraemon is so helpful and so cute. I like him and his gadgets. He has such awesome gadgets. I would like to have the Anywhere Door and fly away on a Take-copter,” said Dighvij Chirimar, a Class III student at St. James’ School, who got a Doraemon tattoo on his arm.
