Krishnagar, Jan. 20: Nadia district magistrate P.B. Salim today said any person producing his or her voter I-card at 100 selected establishments, including restaurants, cinemas, sports goods shops and beauty parlours, would get a discount of 2 per cent for a year from January 25.
The DM said the move was to encourage young voters and those who were yet to enrol their names in the voters’ list.
