Hoichoi recently unveiled the cast and character looks of its acclaimed franchise Montu Pilot 3. The reveal sets the tone for the next chapter of a series that has consistently pushed the boundaries of long-form storytelling on the platform. As an old red-light district collapses under a ruthless new power, Montu — a man who escaped its shadows — finds his past pulling him back. When someone he once loved resurfaces inside a dangerous system, Montu is forced to confront a world he thought he had left behind.

Returning as the soul of the franchise, Saurav Das steps back into Montu’s world with a visibly evolved presence. Older, guarded, and carrying the weight of lived experiences, this version of Montu reflects a man shaped as much by silence as by survival. Solanki Roy plays Bhromor, an emotional constant in Montu’s fractured journey. Her character carries vulnerability, memory, and an unspoken resilience that deepens the emotional core of the season.
Parno Mittra plays Kalindi, a powerful new presence in Neelkuthi. Kalindi operates with quiet authority and strategic precision. Her character introduces a new power dynamic—measured, modern, and acutely aware of the cost of control. A key new addition to the hoichoi franchise, Q enters Montu Pilot 3 as Jehangir, the season’s principal antagonist. Intelligent, methodical, and unsettlingly contemporary, Jehangir marks a shift in conflict within the series.
Once the undisputed matriarch of Neelkuthi, Bibijaan (Chandreyee Ghosh) remains a looming presence. Even as her strength fades, her legacy continues to shape the world and the people within it. Montu Pilot 3 signals a darker, more layered chapter for the hoichoi franchise, one where the old hierarchy is challenged.
