Melbourne: India's Dipika Pallikal and Saurav Ghosal got past compatriots Joshna Chinappa and Harinder Pal Sandhu to storm into the mixed doubles final at the World Doubles Squash Championship here on Wednesday. They won 10-11, 11-7, 11-6. They face New Zealand's Joelle King and Paul Coll in the final.

Doping case

Moscow: Russia was stripped of its 4x100m women's sprint relay title from the Beijing Olympics after team member Yulia Chermoshanskaya failed a doping re-test. Chermoshanskaya, now 30, tested positive for two banned substances after samples from 2008 were re-analysed using more advanced detection techniques.

Rory's charity
