Calcutta: Minerva Punjab FC striker Chencho Gyeltshen, who's been impressive in this I-League, will be playing under Trevor James Morgan's coaching .

The Bhutan Football Federation announced Morgan's appointment as the new head coach of the national team on Wednesday.

"Bhutan Football federation would like to welcome Trevor Morgan as a Head Coach of Bhutan Senior National Team," Bhutan Football Federation posted on its Twitter handle.

Morgan had a couple of stints as coach of East Bengal. His first, which was from 2010 to 2013, was a successful one.

But East Bengal didn't win the I-League during that phase. The next - the 2016-2017 season - ended on a bitter note.

He also work as assistant coach and interim head coach of Kerala Blasters.
